Danny Fenton/Phantom
Everyone's a little different, but Danny, well, he's A LOT different. On the outside, he's a nervous, kinda clumsy 14-year-old who wouldn't stick out in a crowd. But underneath that awkward teenage exterior, Danny is a genuine superhero! After an accident in his parents' lab, Danny was given some ghostly powers. Half ghost, Danny can see, hear, and talk to other paranormal beings—not to mention battle them on a regular basis to save his friends, family and, you know, the rest of the planet. Too bad he's still afraid of them!
Danny's Powers:
1. Ghost Sense - Danny can sense nearby ghosts when he gets cold and can see his breath.
2. Intangibility - With the use of intangibility, Danny can phase through most things (except i.e. Fenton Ghost Fisher's line). Danny can also make other people & objects intangible provided he is in physical contact with them. Sometimes it takes concentration to use it, but mostly its use is at the mercy of his teenage emotions, and he goes intangible at the most unwelcome moments.
3. Invisibility – The power to be invisible to human eyes. Danny can also use this power to sneak up on his ghost foes. Sometimes, he just uses it to play pranks on people, like Dash Baxter.
4. Flying/Floating/Hovering – Danny is able to float in the air, usually to fly away from or after ghosts who come in on them from the sky and for fighting in the air. He also uses this power to just let loose from reality and fly freely in the air.
5. Overshadowing – The power to take possession of someone else's body from within; Danny has used this power to possess his dad, Tucker, Paulina, and just to embarrass Dash.
6. Green Ectoplasmic Energy Blasts – An ectoplasmic blast that comes out of his hand. He shoots enemies using this attack, but has only used this power while in Ghost-Mode.
7. Green Ectoplasmic Energy Barrier – Danny can use this ability to rebound attacks from enemies, or just to block hits. He has only used this power while in Ghost-Mode.
8. Duplicating Himself - He hasn't fully mastered this skill yet.
9. Ghostly Wail - A defining and destructive blast of ghostly sound! Great for breaking windows.
Danny has also separated his upper & lower body halves in Mystery Meat; and used his powers to repel Penelope Spectra in My Brother's Keeper; Danny is still learning about his powers and is likely to develop more abilities as time goes by. Info from Wikipedia.org
Tucker Foley
If talking was a superpower, Tucker would be the king of superheroes. No matter how many ghosts are chasing him, Tucker just keeps on chatting, and it gets him and Danny into loads of trouble. At least Tucker's knowledge of Danny's powers hasn't gotten in the way of their friendship—although it would be nice if Tucker kept his mouth shut and let Danny handle the paranormal activity.
Samantha (Sam) Manson
Samantha and Danny ARE NOT A COUPLE! They're just really, really good friends who share a psychic connection. Get it? Well, Samantha doesn't care if you don't believe her anyway. This Ultra-Recyclo Vegetarian couldn't care less what other people think of her, which is a good thing since she's into conspiracy theories and all things paranormal. Luckily for Danny, he has a super smart girl FRIEND to help him out his jams.
Jazmine (Jazz) Fenton
Danny may have the superhero powers in the family but his sister, Jazz, got the looks, the brains, the social skills, and basically everything else. Just don't ask her the to solve the quadratic equation around her friends—she does have an image to protect, you know. But her smarts aren't the only thing Jasmine hides—she won't tell a soul about Danny's superhero status. Can you imagine the embarrassment if that got out at Casper High?
Jack Fenton
If Danny seems a little strange, it's probably because bizarre behavior runs in the family. Danny's dad, Jack—determined to prove the existence of ghosts but completely unaware that his son sort of is one—is far too brave for his own good. Geared up in his bright-red "test pilot suit," Jack always jumps into the action before thinking and usually makes a bad situation even worse. Compared to keeping his dad out of trouble, fighting ghosts and surviving high school are practically a piece of cake for Danny.

· Fenton Ghost Portal - The Fenton Ghost Portal creates a door into the Ghost Zone; and has a barrier across it (like the Iris from Stargate; it was from standing inside the portal when it activated that gave Danny ghost powers.
· Fenton Thermos - "Designed to capture ghosts. It doesn't work yet, so it's just a thermos. A thermos with the word Fenton in front of it!" To Jack's knowledge it doesn't work; but Danny managed to get it working.
· Fenton Extractor – A vaccum that sucks up ghosts
· Fenton Finder – Tracks ghosts.
· Fenton Grappler – A spring-loaded ghost catching net with a string to reel it back in.
· Fenton Ghost Fisher - First seen in Parental Bonding - a high-tech retractable Fishing rod with a specialized line that ghosts can’t break or phase through.
· Ghost Gabber - "It translates the strange sounds ghosts make and turns them into words you and I use every day!"
· Ghost Weasel - a device designed to suck up ghost energy, and on reverse shoot it back into the Ghost Zone.
· Fenton Ghost Gloves - Gloves that are so powerful that nothing can break their grip, allowing the wearer to handle ghosts/ghost-powered beings.
· Fenton Ghost Catcher – Like a dream catcher that catches ghosts instead of dreams.
· Fenton Family Ghost Assault Vehicle/RV – an RV with ghost catching stuff on it
· Specter Speeder – A hover car with ghost catching gadgets on it.
· Fenton Ghost Peeler - A device designed by Mr. & Mrs. Fenton to encase its holder in body armor and then blasts ghosts targets with a ray that peels it open like an onion.
· Fenton Stockades Fenton Phones - First seen in Fanning the Flames - serving both as a ghost noise filter, and as walkie-talkies for Danny, Sam & Tucker.
· Fenton Helmet
· Fenton Foamer Fenton Genetic Lock - Closes Fenton Portal until a Fenton puts their thumb on the pad, opening it.
· Fenton Ghost Shield - A shield that only blocks ghosts.
· Fenton Anti-Ghost Belt - Hurts and weakens any ghost who touches it or wears it.
· Jack O Nine Tails
· Fenton Bazooka – Shoots a green substance into the air, which creates a mini portal into the Ghost Zone.
· Ecto-Skeleton – A battle suit that increases the user's natural ability by an incredible amount. Unfortunately the interface is buggy and could be fatal as it can absorb the user's life force energy. When Danny used it in his ghost form, he was able to transform the entire suit into ghost form, as it was connected directly to his brain. Its outer casing design altered to Danny Phantom's suit colors and logo. After Danny used it in a fight and was knocked unconscious, it was stolen, presumably by Vlad.
· Booooomerang – A boomerang that locks onto a ghost and hits them. It seemed to imprint itself on Danny and only go after him and no other ghost, including his future self, which presumably had different DNA.

Maddie Fenton
Danny's mom, Maddie, is absolutely brilliant. Need to know why walls suddenly bleed, why possessed statues are reciting Shakespeare, or how to get rid of that ghost that's been following you for days? Maddie's got the answer. But all that time spent with out-of-this-world weirdness (not to mention Mr. Fenton) has kind of rubbed off on Danny's mom. Let's just say you'd sooner find her building a high-tech ghost-tracker than baking gingerbread cookies. In fact, she's probably building one right now.

Mr. Lancer
The Vice Principal and English teacher at Danny's school, Mr. Lancer is all about following the rules. He has no clue about Danny's phantom status, but it wouldn't matter anyway. Mr. Lancer just can't handle any kid (phantom or not) breaking the rules. Which means Danny has to find a creative ways to battle ghosts on school days if he wants to save Casper High AND actually graduate.
Dash
He may be a ninth-grader like Danny, but Dash is the big man on campus at Casper High. Guys want to be him and girls want to date him. And this football hero likes nothing more than harassing Danny. But the tables have turned now that Danny has his super powers, and sometimes he just can't resist making Dash look like a fool. Which, considering the size of Dash's brain compared to the rest of his body, isn't very hard to do.

Paulina
Paulina’s a totally popular girl who totally fits in with the popular crowd, and Danny’s totally got a major crush on her. The only problem? She doesn’t know he’s alive. She also happens to be totally in love with Danny Phantom!
Valerie Gray
Valerie was a rich, popular girl from school, until Danny and a ghost dog accidentally got her dad fired. Now she’s completely broke, her life is ruined and even her popular friends won’t sit with her anymore. So she decides to become a ghost hunter, with a little help from Vlad Plasmius!

Ghosts
Vlad Masters/Plamius
Vlad and Danny’s dad were friends in collage, until Jack’s first attempt to create a Fentonportal blew up in Vlad’s face, giving him ghost powers like Danny’s. While Vlad was fighting a horrible case of ghost acne, Jack and Maddie fell for each other. Vlad has vowed to crush Jack and get Maddie (and Danny) to welcome him into the family. Because the accident that gave Vlad his powers happened 20 years ago, Vlad is much more powerful and experienced than Danny, making him Danny’s most dangerous enemy.

The Lunch Lady
A ghost who haunted the school cafeteria at Casper High, she loves lunch and feels that meat is the most important part of any meal. She seems sweet-tempered normally, but has violent mood swings if her menu is questioned, challenged, or changed. In addition to power over all things pertaining to lunch, she can also control meat, to the point of forming it around herself as a giant meat monster. In the future, she marries The Box Ghost and they have a daughter.

Dragon Ghost
This ghost is actually a girl wearing a necklace. Any girl who wears the curse medallion will transform into a dragon when they get mad.

The Box Ghost
The Box Ghost isn’t a good guy or a bad guy; he’s just a ghost who likes boxes, cubes, and packages. When the Box Ghost appears, it means one of two things: Danny is about to be distracted, or a more powerful ghost, like Skulker, is using the Box Ghost as bait in a sinister trap. In the future, he marries The Lunch Lady and they have a daughter.

Skulker
Skukler is Ghost Zone’s greatest hunter and he collects things that are rare and unique. Now he has his eyes set on Danny, or Valerie, or both. Skulker also works for Vlad, sometimes.

Nicolai Technus
The self-proclaimed "Master of Technology (All Things Electronic and Beeping)". Mostly all of the time, he always talks about himself Like “I Technus...". In reality, he is more of a "Master of Really Long-Winded Speeches," as he spends more time gloating about his evil plans than he does executing those plans. Technus has the ability to control and merge together with technology, similar to the Lunch Lady, only without meat.

Sydney Poindexter
The ghostly defender of geeks and nerds, he’s not really a mean ghost. He attended Casper High in the 50’s and was bullied every waking moment. Now he absolutely can’t stand bullies, and becomes a problem when he mistakes Danny for being one!

Desiree
A harem girl who was almost given her own kingdom, but instead was banished by the sultan’s wife. Her spirit grants people’s wishes, and the more wishes she grants, the more powerful she becomes.

The warden of the ghost prison. He's furious with Danny for letting his prisoners go, and is determined to get his revenge.

Penelope Spectra
Miss Spectra is the psychologist at Danny’s school but students leave her office feeling worse rather then better. It turns out she’s actually a ghost who feeds off of teen misery!

Ghost Dog
A puppy when playful, but full-grown when vicious. It was responsible for trashing the Axion Company. No matter how many times Danny returned it to the Ghost Zone, it kept coming back. After Danny discovered its chew toy hidden in the company’s abandoned dog kennels, the dog took it and disappeared back into the Ghost Zone.

Klemper
Not much is known about Klemper, except he is on the same uselessness scale as The Box Ghost. With The Box Ghost being obsessed with boxes, Klemper wants to be friends with everyone. He has icy cold breath that can freeze almost anything and is constantly wearing red and white striped pajamas.

Ember Mclean
Ember is an evil, mind controlling spirit bent on world domination, and what better way to do it then by being a hit rock star? She gets power when people cheer her name, and her guitar can hypnotize people, thwart her foes, and even put Danny under a love spell!

Johnny 13
A hunky boy ghost who tries to get Jazz to go out with him so his girlfriend, Kitty, can use her body. She only needs it because Johnny fried hers trying to escape the Ghost Zone with his daredevil tactics. Johnny likes pretty much every girl he sees. His Shadow causes bad luck for anyone, or anything, it crosses.

Kitty
Kitty is Johnny 13’s girlfriend, and she is very stubborn and controlling. And when she tries dating Danny to make Johnny jealous, she becomes a real problem, even threatening to reveal his secret identity! It’s a good thing she loves Johnny enough to forgive him before Danny totally “destroys” him. She even leaps to his rescue!

The Fright Knight
The spirit of Halloween. His sword, the Soul Shredder, causes people to experience their greatest fears. His major weakness is that he is sent back to the Ghost Zone if someone puts his sword inside a pumpkin and says the incantation to send him back.

Freakshow
The ringleader of Circus Gothica, though not a ghost himself, uses his staff to control ghosts, including Danny! He then uses the hypnotized spirits to rob the towns where his circus goes.

Youngblood
A bratty ten-year-old ghost who hates adults. Conveniently, adults cannot see him, and neither can Jazz who thinks she's a grown-up. He's a dangerous enemy, despite his size, and a real pain for Danny. He can shape-shift his hand and leg to better fit whatever he's pretending to be. Ex: a hook and wooden leg when he’s a pirate and a lasso when he’s a cowboy. His skeletal pet, who often advises him on how whatever he's playing would talk, can also change his appearance.

Pariah Dark
Pariah Dark is the King of all Ghosts, with control of the powerful Ring of Rage and Crown of Fire. While wearing both of these items, Pariah Dark has near limitless power. He commands the Fright Knight as well as an army of Skeletal ghosts. In the distant past, in a last ditch effort to dethrone him and end his tyranny, a group of ancient ghosts successfully removed the Ring of Rage from him and imprisoned him in the Sarcophagus of Forever Sleep. He was reawakened when Vlad Plasmius unlocked the Sarcophagus with the Ghost Skeleton Key in a plot to get both the Ring of Rage and the Crown of Fire for himself. The plot backfired and Pariah Dark reawakened, with a vengeance to rule the Ghost Zone, and even the real world, with an iron fist once more. It takes the combined powers and ingenuity of Danny Phantom and his friends, Valerie, Vlad Plasmius and almost every other ghost Danny knows (and even some he doesn't) to defeat him again.

Clockwork
Clockwork is a ghost who oversees time and has time based powers. He works with a pair of the Observants, ghosts who look over the Ghost Zone. They send him on a mission to destroy Danny because they had seen the alternate future in which he becomes Dan Phantom. Clockwork instead tests and guides Danny, ultimately preventing the alternate future. His appearance can also randomly shift between boy, man, and old man.

Box Lunch
She is the future daughter of the Box Ghost and the Lunch Lady. She has both of their powers.

Ghost Writer
A ghost who can turn reality into a book story with his Quantum Keyboard. After Danny accidentally destroyed his Christmas poem, he frames Danny for ruining Christmas and traps Danny in his new Christmas poem. He is the only ghost that isn't part of the annual Christmas truce that all ghosts hold.
